Sebastian Visinia, Marco Fepuleai and Murphy Taramai will make their Manu Samoa debut in the run-on team against Italy on Friday at Apia Park in the July Tests.
Two other debutants Lolani Faleiva and Afa Moleli have been named on the bench and could get their first stripes.
Head coach Mase Mahonri Schwalger has named Aki Seiuli, Sama Malolo and Marco Fepuleai as the front three.
Benjamin Petaia Nee-nee and Samuel Slade will start as the lock fowards.
Captain Theo McFarland is on the blindside flank with Murphy Taramai on the openside donning the number seven jumper.

Italy and Manu Samoa have had eight previous meetings. Italy has won five of those fixtures. The last match was in 2023 where Italy beat Samoa 49-17.
The match kicks off at 5 pm at Apia Park on Friday.
