It’s been three weeks since Pacific leaders met in Tonga for the Pacific Island Forum Leaders Summit.
Now, all eyes are looking ahead to the next leaders meeting in the Solomon Islands capital in September next year.
Solomon’s Foreign Secretary Collin Beck said regional integration was a goal regional members must work towards.
“I think we need to have a strong political discussion,” said Beck.
“We must in the present look back in the past to see our future,” he said.
