The chairman of the ruling Tobwaan Kiribati Party (TKP) and MP for South Tarawa says the party has increased its membership after one of the MPs from Marakei Island Ioteba Tebau crossed the floor from the opposition’s Boutokaan Te Koaua Party (BTK).
